Initial Delay was due to delay in receiving local body approval. DUAC approval received on 19.09.2022. Building Plans approved by SE (Bldg.), MCD vide file No. 10106691 dt. 03.04.2023. All local body approval has been received. Structural drawing prepared & proof checking from DTU Delhi is completed. Architectural & Structural drawing is issued to the agency. Building work started on 19.05.2023. Foundation work completed. Superstructure work started, RCC slab for floor-2 level is under progress. RPE amounting to Rs.47.52 Cr. sent to DoE vide this office letter 23(49)/23/CE(Proj.)/PWD/ Estimate/501 dated: 21.03.2024 for accord of Revised A/A & E/S. |
