Although no direct interaction is made with the public, for convenience of the public, one of the following means can be used to reach us:
- 1) Personal meetings with senior officers.
- 2) A centralized Complaint Center has been established at the Office of E-in-C, PWD, which works on all days. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM. (Tel No. 23490323 / 23490093 & Toll Free No. 1800110093)
- 3) Complaints can also be registered in PWD through email at support@pwddelhi.com .
