Grievance Redress Mechanism

  • 1) A centralized Complaint Center has been established at the Office of E-in-C, PWD, which works on all days. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM. (Tel No. 23490323 / 23490093 & Toll Free No. 1800110093)
  • 2) Complaints can also be registered in PWD through email at support@pwddelhi.com .
  • 3) Complaint/Public Grievance related to PWD can also be registered with:
    • LG Office (Tel No. 155355)
    • CM's Office (Tel No. 155345)
  • 4) Online Complaint System available on PWD website: www.pwddelhi.com
