Details of Services Rendered

The PWD is the agency of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi operating in Delhi for:

• a.) Planning, construction, maintenance and repairs of all roads and buildings financed from Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi. Besides this, planning, construction, maintenance and repairs of buildings of Delhi Police is also entrusted.
• b.) Valuation of properties/assets as requested by the Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
• c.) Assessment of rent for hiring of properties and assessment of value of property for purchase by the Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
• d.) Advising the Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi on various technical matters relating to public works.
