Initial Delay was due to delay in receiving local body approval. DUAC approval received on 19.09.2022. Building Plans approved by SE (Bldg.), MCD vide file No. 10106691 dt. 03.04.2023. All local body approval has been received. Structure drawing prepared & proof checking from DTU Delhi is completed. Architectural & Structural drawing is issued to the agency. Building work started on 19.05.2023. Foundation work completed. Superstructure work started, RCC slab for floor-2 level is under progress.

Qutubapur- SANCTION WITHDRAWN (i). Site layout plan has been uploaded to MCD by consultant for approval on dated 25.05.2022 and property tax of land also has been deposited. (ii). There is no tree cutting and no transplanting required. (iii). Additional Commissioner MCD & CTP, MCD during meeting 3.10.2022 informed that due to urbanization of villages, this gram sabha land is now under control of DDA .MCD is yet to upload their observation regardfing Layout Plan . (iv) DO dated 17.11.2022 issed by E-in-C to VC, DDA regarding clarification required by MCD. Response is still awaited. (v) LoP was discussed during meeting in MCD on 27.03.2023. Minutes of Meeting is still awaited. Above Sanction Withdrawn by DoE vide letter no.F.16/Estate/Cons./ Pucca School/Qutubapur/ 1594-1601 Dated: 24.05.2023 .
